The good ol’ dynamic vinyasa class with a fiery touch! Expect dynamic, creative and challenging transitions and poses throughout the class. Expect to workshop interesting poses that you don’t usually get to practice in Reset Multilevel classes. In this class we welcome challenge while always listening to the body- Reset 2 is a playground for yogis!
