We are excited to have you join our community! The following terms and conditions govern your use of our yoga studio and community space located at 922 Onderdonk Ave, Queens, New York.

By engaging in our classes, workshops, events, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 Membership and Registration

  • To access our yoga studio and services, you must become a registered member by completing our registration process and providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in our adult classes. Minors may participate in designated kids’ or family classes, accompanied by a legal guardian or with appropriate consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership information, including your login credentials, and any activities conducted under your account.

Health and Safety

  • Prior to participating in any yoga classes or services, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and free from any medical conditions or physical limitations that may prevent your safe participation.
  • Consult with your physician or a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns or doubts about your ability to engage in physical activities, including yoga.
  • Follow the instructions of our instructors regarding warm-ups, postures, modifications, and other guidance to ensure your safety during classes.

Liability Waiver and Release

  • By participating in our yoga classes, workshops, events, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity and release Everyone Yoga, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after your participation in our classes or services.

Studio Policy and Safety Guidelines

  • Follow the instructions and guidance provided by the instructor during the class.
  • Do not enter or leave the class once it has started, unless it is an emergency. If you arrive late, please wait outside until the current meditation or relaxation period is over before joining the class.
  • Do not bring food or beverages (except for water in a closed container) into the studio, unless otherwise permitted.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Refrain from discussing or sharing personal information about other students or instructors.
  • Report any concerns, injuries, or incidents to the instructor or studio staff immediately.

Class Etiquette and Guidelines

  • Arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class to allow for check-in, set up your mat, and settle in.
  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and store them in the designated area.
  • Respect the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the studio.
  • Ensure that your cell phones and other electronic devices are switched off or set to silent mode during the class.
  • Maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere in the studio. Refrain from loud conversations or disruptive behavior that may disturb others. 
  • Honor the space by keeping it clean and tidy. Return any props or equipment to their designated places after use.
  • We encourage a scent-free environment, so please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes that may affect others’ sensitivities.
  • For the comfort and respect of others, please refrain from wearing revealing or offensive attire.
  • Follow any additional studio rules or guidelines provided by our staff.

Class Reservations and Cancellations

  • Class reservations can be made through our website, or by contacting the studio directly. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability.
  • We recommend reserving your spot in advance, especially for popular a
  • classes or during peak hours.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of the class or additional charges.
  • For cancellations made within the specified time frame, we will refund your payment or credit it towards a future class, depending on your preference.
  • Cancellations by the studio: In rare circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or unforeseen events, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative options for attendance, as agreed upon by both parties.

Payment and Refunds

  • All classes, memberships, workshops, and other services must be paid for in accordance with our studio’s pricing and payment policies.
  • Payments can be made online, at the studio, or through authorized third-party platforms.
  • We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion, based on our studio’s refund policy and in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and materials used in our yoga studio, are the property of Everyone Yoga NYC LLC or their respective owners.
  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any intellectual property associated with Everyone Yoga without obtaining

Privacy Policy

At  Everyone Yoga, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information you provide to us. 

By using our services or providing your information, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing information when you register for classes, workshops, or other services at our studio.
  • Health Information: To ensure your safety during yoga classes, we may collect health-related information, such as any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations you disclose to us.
  • Usage Information: We may collect information about your interactions with our website, mobile app, or other digital platforms, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, to improve our services and enhance your experience.

Use of Information

  • We may use the information we collect to provide and personalize our services, communicate with you regarding your bookings or inquiries, and send you relevant updates or promotional materials.
  • Your health information will be used by our instructors to ensure your safety and provide appropriate modifications during classes.
  • We may analyze usage data to improve our services, identify trends, and enhance the functionality and performance of our digital platforms.
  • We will obtain your consent before using your personal information for any purpose not outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Sharing

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
  • We may share your information with trusted service providers or business partners who assist us in operating our studio, providing our services, or conducting business on our behalf. These parties are obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes specified by us.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • We use secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt data transmission between your device and our servers. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

  • You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information in our records. You can do this by contacting us directly using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
  • You may choose to unsubscribe from our promotional emails or opt-out of receiving certain communications from us by following the instructions provided in the email or contacting us directly.
  • Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional emails, we may still send you transactional or administrative communications related to your bookings or our ongoing business relationship.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a prominent notice on our website or through other communication channels.
  • We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Auto-Renew Membership Agreement

  • I hereby grant Everyone Yoga NYC LLC (“EYNYC”) express permission to charge my credit card a monthly fee of $135 in exchange for monthly unlimited access to Everyone Yoga NYC classes. I understand that participation in Everyone Yoga NYC classes is subject to my observance of EY NYC’s standard policies.
  • I hereby agree and understand that once I have made monthly payments pursuant to this Membership Agreement, I may cancel my Membership Agreement without incurring any additional fees or penalties by providing EY NYC with written notification of my cancellation request at least 7 days in advance of my next pre-authorization payment date. I will remain responsible for any outstanding dues or fees owed in connection with my Membership Agreement notwithstanding such cancellation.
  • I hereby agree to inform EY NYC of any change in my credit card information (i.e. expiration date, new account number, etc) at least 5 days in advance of my next pre-authorized payment date by emailing hello@everyoneyoga.nyc.
  • I hereby confirm that I am the authorized cardholder of the provided credit card account and that the provided credit card account is in good standing.
  • I hereby understand that I may request a suspension (“Suspension”) of this Membership Agreement should I wish to place my membership on temporary hold, without cancellation, during a time when I am unable to attend EY NYC classes. To qualify for a Suspension, the requested hold period must be a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 90 days, and the request must be requested via email to hello@everyoneyoga.nyc, and (2) must specify the date on which I wish the Suspension to begin (“Suspension Start Date”) and the date on which I wish the Suspension to end (“Suspension End Date”).
  • I hereby understand that for a minimum of 14 days after the Suspension Start Date, I will not be charged under the Membership Agreement, and I will not be permitted to attend EY NYC classes pursuant to this Membership Agreement (however I may purchase classes separately during a Suspension period if so desired). I hereby agree and understand that I will incur a $25 fee for each Suspension request (after the 1 free request available every 6 monthly renewals). There is no limit to the number of Suspensions I may request under this Membership Agreement.
  • I hereby understand that this Membership Agreement does not give me priority over any other EY NYC class participants and that class capacity is limited.
