Zach’s yoga journey began in 2015 after ACL surgery led him to discover hot yoga, igniting a transformative path of self-discovery. After hot yoga, he found Vinyasa classes and was hooked on its flowing movements and the sense of connection and grounding it provided, therefore in 2019, he pursued teacher training at Revolution Yoga in Rockville Centre, NY.

Specializing in Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, and leading yoga nidras, Zach’s mission as a yoga teacher is to empower individuals to recognize their inherent capabilities and guide them toward inner peace.

Beyond yoga, he is passionate about holistic well-being, currently studying massage therapy and enjoying activities like weightlifting, basketball, bike riding, and Jiu Jitsu.
