Born and raised in Ridgewood, Marisol has been practicing yoga & teaching Zumba classes in the area for over 12 years.

Marisol celebrates students of diverse backgrounds and identities in and out of her open-level classes. Her Zumba classes are spaces to explore your sense of embodied joy, new movements and your relationship to your body while building community. Expect to leave feeling reinvigorated!

Outside of class, Marisol is a huge bookworm, often finding herself in the middle of several novels, academic texts, & scriptures simultaneously. She is also a huge sunbather, taking full advantage of the parks & beaches when the sun is shining.
