This 75 min workshop will hold space for students who wish to get customized instruction and all-bodies modifications to make their vinyasa practices more sustainable💫
🔅Jimmie will go over the infamous chaturanga, the mysterious ashtangasana (knees, chest, chin) and some of the most practical down dog variations. All with the purpose of finding the best version of these poses in each students bodies, as opposed to the “correct” alignment we often find ourselves pursuing✅
