Stress Release Workshop (Therapeutic Yoga)

Relax tension with somatics and deep pranayama (breathing practices), ease the worries and emotions with mudra meditation and yoga nidra (yogui sleep).

This practice is designed to increase our sense of freedom and peace by restoring balance in the body-mind system. This workshop will be interactive and introspective, you’re welcome to bring a journal!

Also, this deeply releasing experience with culminate with live crystal sound healing to awaken us from our yogic sleep (yoga Nidra).

Facilitated by Cristina Rose Ortiz, Restore teacher at Everyone Yoga. Cristina blends traditional yoga tools and physiological study to deepen self knowledge and facilitate healing. She is currently completing Yoga Therapist C-IAYT training at Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy.
