Join us on New Year’s Day for Joyful Beginnings, a special 90-minute Reset & Restore Class centering joy and intentionality as we embark on the new year together. Participants will be invited to develop a sankalpa, a sacred and heartfelt intention, and use this to carry them through a joy-centered flow on the mat. Expect guided breathwork and meditation to support release and reflection, leading into fiery vinyasa-style movement, culminating in a deeply restorative ending to open the heartspace and seal one’s intention. All are welcome!
