It is an honor to open our doors to Samer Ghadry from Tone Center; a Brooklyn based sound meditation facilitator and musician with 25 years of experience. Blending qualitative and quantitative approaches, Samer creates unique acoustic spaces for journeying using voice, gongs, bowls, tuning forks, and percussion. Just as no two moments are alike, neither are any of Samer’s sessions. He was a 2022 music resident at Pioneer Works, helped reopen The Rubin Museum’s Open Fridays with a series of sound baths, consulted for the museum’s Gong Lab, and played gongs and bowls in the Oscar winning film Everything Everywhere All At Once and Alanis Morrissette’s Storm Before The Calm.
