Join us for a limited time series of community meditation classes where we will be introduced to different meditation techniques rooted in loving-kindness. Tara Rook, meditation teacher, buddhist and yoga practitioner, will guide students through dharma teachings, mindful practices and community discussion to create a container of peace for all.
