Have you tried meditating by yourself and felt isolated or found a lack of motivation?

Are you searching for a space where you can express yourself from the heart?

Join us for a limited time series of community meditation classes where we will be introduced to different meditation techniques rooted in loving-kindness. Tara Rook, meditation teacher, buddhist and yoga practitioner, will guide students through dharma teachings, mindful practices and community discussion to create a container of peace for all.

This class will be 1 hour long including dharma talk, meditation and group discussion.
