Designed for 3-5 year olds, this is a dynamic and fun class for preschoolers to learn about yoga poses and meditation. Each class will start with breath work, followed by a series of yoga poses and finished with relaxation and short meditations suitable for their ages. There will be different themes in each class in which kids will be able to participate and learn the wonderful principles of yoga through play.
Parents/caregivers are encouraged to stay and watch.
